WHAT ARE ECOAWEAR UNDERWEAR MADE OF?
EcoaWear underwear is made from a unique fabric blend: 95% bamboo mix (10% bamboo fibre) and 5% elastane.
The bamboo gives natural softness, breathability and moisture control that keeps you cool and fresh all day. The elastane gives stretch and fit, so the underwear sits comfortably without chafing or rolling up.
IS BAMBOO GOOD FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?
Yes. Bamboo fibre is naturally hypoallergenic and extra gentle on the skin. This makes our underwear an excellent choice if you have sensitive skin or easily get irritation from traditional materials such as cotton.
DOES THE UNDERWEAR STAY FRESH ALL DAY?
Yes. The antibacterial properties of bamboo mean the fabric fights bad odour and draws moisture away. The result is that you feel dry and fresh, even during a long working day or a workout.
ARE THE SIZES TRUE TO SIZE?
Most customers find that EcoaWear is true to size. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for a more relaxed fit. For exact measurements, see our size chart.
CAN I USE THEM FOR TRAINING?
Absolutely. Thanks to the moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties of bamboo, EcoaWear works very well during physical activity too. The elastane also keeps the fit in place while you move.
HOW DO I WASH ECOAWEAR PRODUCTS?
Machine wash, ideally at 30°C with similar colours. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. This keeps both the softness of the bamboo and the stretch of the elastane.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Go to the product page, choose size and quantity, and click Add to cart. Then go to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Contact us directly at info@ecoawear.se. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot change the address.
WHERE DOES ECOAWEAR SHIP FROM?
EcoaWear delivers from international distribution centres for fast and reliable delivery worldwide. All orders are processed within 24–48 hours and are normally delivered within 6–12 working days. We work with global logistics partners to make sure shipping is safe and trackable, whatever the destination.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
It normally takes 6–12 working days. During peak season, delivery can take up to 15 working days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is shipped, you will get an email with a tracking number. Enter it on our Track your order page to follow your delivery.
3. Returns & Cancellations
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Email us at info@ecoawear.se within 14 days. We will confirm whether the return is approved and send you the correct return address. Remember: if you do not get back to us within 14 days after the return has been approved, the return is cancelled automatically.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Return shipping can vary depending on the situation. Always contact us before you send a product back and we will help you with the next step.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours after they were placed. If they have already been packed and shipped, we cannot stop the delivery.
