Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, counted from the day you received the goods. Fill in our withdrawal form or email us with your name and order number, and we will confirm your request by email.

Exception for hygiene reasons: For hygiene reasons, sealed underwear and socks cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery. Such goods are then not covered by the right of withdrawal.
